A local girl who spent seven years in England, Lorene has a travel industry background in tours, transportation and hotel. Having previously worked in administration for a behavioral health group, she brings her customer-focused attitude here for both clients and staff.

In her spare time, she’s a soccer mom, still watches British TV comedies and only ever plays one series of video games, despite having been introduced to many others.
